About the Role
- Provide a responsive and high-quality Complaints Management service across Metro South Oral Health (MSOH), in accordance with Queensland Health and Metro South Hospital and Health Service Complaint Management Policies.
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Director, Metro South Oral Health (MSOH) with the management of credentialing for MSOH.
