About the Role
- Use advanced communication skills to ensure full context of feedback is received from the complainant, and forwarded on to the relevant team/area for investigation
- Co-ordinate and draft responses to consumer feedback, Ministerial requests, Office of the Health Ombudsman requests, Senior Department Liaison / Department of Liaison Office and other advocates within set timeframes
- Maintain reporting system (RiskMan) for recording consumer feedback to facilitate management, while ensuring data integrity
