Icon Cancer Care is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credentialing Officer to support our medical governance processes. This part-time role offers a flexible hybrid work model and the opportunity to work with a collaborative and purpose-driven team.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the National Practice Management Manager, you will coordinate Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) credentialing and provide secretarial support to the Medical Advisory Committee. You'll also assist the senior leadership team with administrative tasks and contribute to various projects across the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage credentialing processes and ensure compliance with national and state standards
- Maintain and administer the credentialing database
- Coordinate Medical Advisory Committee meetings and provide secretarial support
- Assist with meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Provide operational support to senior leadership
- Participate in organisational projects and initiatives
- Manage Private Health Fund Registrations
**About You**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in health credentialing (preferable)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Certificate in Business Administration (desired)
