- The Credentialing Officer provides support to UCH operations and the Clinical Governance team, ensuring that robust systems and processes are in place in accordance with the relevant National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. You will also support with quality assurance initiatives, including audits and reporting to General Managers (Hospitals), Risk and Governance and the UnitingCare Board.**About You**:
As an experienced administrator or healthcare professional, you will present with recent knowledge of health practitioner accreditation, privileging procedures and relevant legislation and standards, or have the ability to acquire knowledge rapidly. Your experience has given you the ability to work autonomously, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise with Health Care Practitioners, Staff and Fellow Colleagues.- Ideally, you have previously coordinated Credentialing in a large health service, with a demonstrated track record of strong customer service skills.- This position is available as full-time, or a part-time job share arrangement._
