**Your Opportunity**:
**The position of Patient Option Liaison Officer will**:
Consult and liaise with patients, staff, and private insurers regarding patient options for patients with private health insurance.
**Assist the Team Lead**: POLO and Revenue Control in ensuring the timely identification and optimisation of patient fee revenue while ensuring the financial integrity of the revenue collection processes.
Identify and support the delivery of fee-paying patient services and revenue initiatives within CHQ HHS through a range of activities including information systems management, patient interview and staff education.
