Content Strategist Role
As a key player in our knowledge management team, you will be responsible for crafting and publishing high-quality content that meets the evolving needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create informative and engaging articles, guides, and other resources.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the content accordingly.
Design and implement effective search strategies to enhance user experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing).
Minimum 3 years of experience in content strategy or a related field.
Proven track record of creating high-quality content and improving user engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
