Job Title:

A seasoned Knowledge Management Specialist is needed to lead the design, implementation and launch of a knowledge management capability.

About This Role
  • The ideal candidate will design and implement a scalable KM strategy and configure the ServiceNow Knowledge Management module, including taxonomy, workflows, templates and governance.
  • They will develop and implement processes for project delivery teams to ensure that all necessary knowledge is captured and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • This role requires collaboration with IT and other departments to identify knowledge needs and integrate KM into business processes.
  • The specialist will also develop and execute a launch and awareness campaign to promote the KM capability, create training materials, run workshops and support champions to drive adoption and engagement.
What We Are Looking For
  • The successful candidate will have proven experience in Knowledge Management, hands-on experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management configuration, administration and optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of KM principles, content strategy and information architecture is essential.
