The Opportunity

You will make a positive impact on someone's life every day as part of our diverse team based in Sydney or Newcastle.

As a Learning & Development Design Specialist, you will create engaging and effective learning solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver to the EML learning strategy and learning priorities for each business unit.
  • Provide customer-centric service across all aspects of L&D.
  • Design individual and group learning initiatives as required.
  • Undertake relevant administration tasks, including learning content and knowledge management.
  • Utilise contemporary adult learning design principles and frameworks.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years' experience within a similar learning design role.
  • Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe tools, LMS).
  • Understanding of instructional design models like ADDIE.
  • Experience in audio and video scripts and digital video editing.
  • Creative experience in learning design, development and review of learning programs.
