
Knowledge Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of five years' experience in legal practice, preferably with a focus on litigation / dispute resolution
- Excellent legal drafting skills, and an interest in clear written communication
- Solid Microsoft Word skills, and experience using other Microsoft Office products in a legal environment
- Experience using document automation software
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A high degree of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
Key Responsibilities include:
- Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing
- Liaising with practice groups to determine their knowledge requirements
- Managing the delivery of high-quality knowledge resources
- Assigning tasks to knowledge technicians and overseeing their work
