Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in legal practice, preferably with a focus on litigation / dispute resolution
  • Excellent legal drafting skills, and an interest in clear written communication
  • Solid Microsoft Word skills, and experience using other Microsoft Office products in a legal environment
  • Experience using document automation software

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A high degree of initiative and the ability to work autonomously

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing
  • Liaising with practice groups to determine their knowledge requirements
  • Managing the delivery of high-quality knowledge resources
  • Assigning tasks to knowledge technicians and overseeing their work
