
Knowledge Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in legal practice, preferably with a focus on litigation / dispute resolution.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing within the organization
- Liaising with practice groups to determine their knowledge requirements, including automation
- Managing the delivery of high-quality knowledge resources - drafting, formatting, approval, publication, and ongoing review/updating
- Assigning tasks to knowledge technicians and overseeing their work
- Administering a knowledge development incentive scheme
- Conducting induction training for new staff members on knowledge resources and organizational style
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least five years' experience in legal practice, preferably with a focus on litigation / dispute resolution
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent legal drafting skills, and a passion for clear written communication
- Solid Microsoft Word skills, and experience using other Microsoft Office products in a legal environment
- Experience using document automation software
