Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in legal practice, preferably with a focus on litigation / dispute resolution.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing within the organization
  • Liaising with practice groups to determine their knowledge requirements, including automation
  • Managing the delivery of high-quality knowledge resources - drafting, formatting, approval, publication, and ongoing review/updating
  • Assigning tasks to knowledge technicians and overseeing their work
  • Administering a knowledge development incentive scheme
  • Conducting induction training for new staff members on knowledge resources and organizational style
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least five years' experience in legal practice, preferably with a focus on litigation / dispute resolution
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent legal drafting skills, and a passion for clear written communication
  • Solid Microsoft Word skills, and experience using other Microsoft Office products in a legal environment
  • Experience using document automation software
