We're looking for an Office Coordinator on a
**permanent, full-time basis **who will be responsible for organising and coordinating day-to-day office and business operations to ensure workplace engagement, efficiency, effectiveness and office maintenance.
The Office Coordinator will also be a first point of contact for staff enquiries relating to office operations.
The successful Office Coordinator is energetic, comfortable with working autonomously, passionate about providing high quality customer service and can prioritise as needed.

**Your Key Responsibilities in this role**:
- Organise and maintain office layout and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and staff amenities at Cube head office and warehouse
- Liaise with building management and facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, security, electrical and plumbing
- Manage the Cube head office booking app - respond to queries, and monitor capacity for car park and desk bookings
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including creating and assigning security access passes
- Identify, design, and implement opportunities for process and office management improvements
- Be an OH&S representative - liaise with agency and coordinate OH&S meetings internally
- Coordinate and promote end-of-week team events in the office (Feelgood Fridays) including the effective management of catering ordering and supply
**Desired attributes for the role**:
- 1-2 years of relevant administration experience
- Completion of Year 12 would be highly regarded
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- An ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail, managing priorities and time effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An outside-the-box thinker who is proactive and takes the initiative
- Highly organised and can manage multiple tasks on any given day
- Able to work with a range of different stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Professional attitude and approach to your work with a positive outlook
- A can-do attitude and excellent customer service
- Strong cultural ambassador and willingness to participate in Cube team activities
- Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism to sensitive matters and business decisions
