We're looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support the sourcing of goods and services that keep our stores, offices, and central teams running smoothly. You'll play a key role in purchasing, supplier management, and process improvement ensuring we get the right products and services, at the right time, for the right price.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate purchasing for a range of needs, from store and office consumables to services.
- Manage purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and supplier follow-ups to keep things on track.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier lists, and pricing agreements.
- Assist with supplier performance tracking, contract administration, and compliance processes.
- Keep data up to date in AP21 and other systems, preparing reports and supplier contact lists.
- Work cross-functionally with store operations, marketing, IT, and facilities to forecast supply needs.
- Support finance with invoice reconciliation and procurement documentation.
What you'll bring:
- Understanding of procurement processes and supplier engagement.
- ERP/procurement system experience (AP21 a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous retail store experience highly regarded.
