Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration tasks, including responding to incoming inquiries and managing the customer relationship management system.
  • Recruit, onboard, and schedule caregivers using an enterprise management platform.
  • Foster relationships with clients and their families to ensure a positive and professional client experience.
  • Utilize exceptional interpersonal communication skills to deliver respectful client engagement.
  • Provide education on available services and the impact of care plans.
  • Coordinate initial client appointments for care management staff.

Administrative Functions:

  • Maintain operational systems, including software, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain office equipment, telephone, and communication systems.
  • Organize office layout and arrangements.

Business Functions:

  • Manage client service inquiries and follow a proven sales process.
  • Assist management with business development opportunities across referral sources.
  • Identify, document, and report opportunities for new products or services.
