The Portfolio, Operations, Design & Strategy Lab seeks to act as the gatekeeper of work intake, responsible long range planning and creating a frame work that drives UCD thinking.

What you'll do:
- Single Front Door: Acting as the gatekeeper of work intake and defining when we initiate work.- Portfolio Governance: Ensuring early insight of future work and delivery governance that allows for autonomy of the product team.- Delivery planning should begin at the first contact at the front door process and be inclusive of design and research as well as product and development resource.- Ensures alignment of change and successful delivery across a complex team whilst keeping full alignment to the business goals and critical metrics.- Capex and Opex ownership for the full digital function. Create governance and visibility of each labs budget for the leadership team.- Ownership over the contractual & financial relationship with DC Labs specific suppliers.- Central management of a departmental communications plan inclusive of town halls, conferences, key messages and celebration events.

Where you'll work:
Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
