Portfolio Leadership Opportunity

The Digital Portfolio Lab seeks to drive User-Centered Design thinking.

This role is critical in defining work intake, ensuring early insight of future work, and delivery governance that allows for autonomy of the product team. The goal is to ensure alignment of change and successful delivery across a complex team while keeping full alignment to business goals and critical metrics.

To achieve this, the portfolio leader will be responsible for:

  • Defining when we initiate work.
  • Ensuring early insight of future work and delivery governance that allows for autonomy of the product team.
  • Ownership over the contractual & financial relationship with specific suppliers.
  • Central management of a departmental communications plan inclusive of town halls, conferences, key messages and celebration events.
