  • Oversee and continuously improve the project portfolio
  • Manage enterprise portfolio services, including the value and prioritisation framework
  • Work with key portfolio leaders to build and maintain a prioritised rolling 5-year program plan for the non-network portfolio
  • Align budgets, regulatory allowance, and capacity planning to the program of work to achieve long-term business objectives
  • Monitor portfolio health and address risks, gaps and improvement opportunities

About you To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A proven ability to influence and build effective relationships with senior stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of program and project lifecycle management and enterprise governance
  • Experience leading through others, rather than owning individual projects directly
  • Confidence to challenge constructively and work cross-functionally to solve problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical audiences
