Lead Digital Transformation

The Portfolio, Operations, Design & Strategy Lab seeks a strategic leader to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Strategy to shape business-wide ideation and lead the organisation forward as a digital-first entity.
  • Lead product discovery, shape business thinking, and approach to drive the digital-first agenda, consulting throughout delivery and execution.
  • Act as the point of digital triage in the business to ensure all work requests align to the digital strategy and KPIs, shaping the digital portfolio.
  • Perform early assessments to prioritise new work requests, considering research and design needs, as well as tech alignment.
  • Think across the complete product suite, considering complexity, potential cannibalisation, and bespoke needs of prospects versus existing customers.
  • Be responsible for the digital contribution to the 2030 business strategy, impacting long-range plans and laddering back to in-year planning.
  • Work closely with the Head of Portfolio & Operations to align strategic planning to Capex submission processes, in-year planning, and budgeting, accountable for ROI.
