**The Role**

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Representative. The purpose of this role is to establish and implement sales strategies and practices which support the achievement of long term and annual business plans and budgets of O'Brien. This includes:

- generating new business for O'Brien from within existing B2B relationships as well as new clients;
- building and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple levels with the aim to continually grow and evolve our existing revenue streams for new business acquisitions;and
- seeking out new opportunities for growth as O'Brien positions itself as a key solutions provider within the new property services portfolio of Glazing, Plumbing and Electrical

- A minimum of 5 years' experience within a sales environment
- A real sales "Hunter" that's not afraid of cold calling and creating new business opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and communications adaptable to a wide range of audiences;
- A high level of intrinsic drive and resilience to succeed in a sales environment
- Preferred experience within a trade based industry but not required
