Boss Adventure is accelerating forward, and we're searching for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Gold Coast team.

If you love the outdoors, have a passion for caravans, and enjoy helping people make their travel dreams a reality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers, understand their needs, and match them to their perfect caravan
  • Provide product demonstrations and guided tours of vans on-site
  • Build relationships with customers from enquiry to delivery
  • Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and caravan market trends
  • Attend caravan shows and expos on weekends to showcase our products and engage with customers
  • At times, respond to after-sales service calls to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Motivated, energetic, and results-driven personality
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sales experience (caravans, campers, RVs, automotive, or similar preferred)
  • A love for travel, camping, or the great outdoors is a big plus
  • Availability to work weekends as part of the sales roster
