The Company

My client is a globally recognised and respected industrial solutions manufacturer, seeking a Sales Representative with strong technical expertise and sales acumen to drive growth across Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity for a travel-ready professional with a passion for mechanical components and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.

The Role

As Sales Representative, you will take ownership of the dealer network across Queensland, driving sales of industrial components and introducing a targeted product line to existing dealers. You will be a key player in expanding market presence while delivering exceptional technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the dealer network in the QLD region.
  • Drive sales and exceed performance targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide technical and product expertise to clients and dealers.
  • Maintain accurate sales and activity documentation.

About You

  • Experience managing a dealer network (preferred).
  • Industry background in gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, or motors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid technical knowledge with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and results-driven.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
