**Purpose of the role**
Manage SME claims end-to-end, using expertise to deliver the best outcomes for intermediated customers.
18 Month Fixed Term Contract.
**Key priorities**
- Manage 80-100 SME property claims end-to-end.
- Achieve timely resolutions and strong financial outcomes.
- Investigate and adjust complex claims, primarily property-related.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, builders, and adjusters.
- Set accurate reserves and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Proactively manage risks and seek ongoing improvements.
- Follow all WHS policies and promote a safe work environment.
- Support and embed a strong risk culture across the team.
**About you**
**Experience & Knowledge**:
- Degree preferred, not essential.
- 5+ years' experience managing SME insurance claims.
- Strong knowledge of property claims legislation and best practice.
- Solid understanding of general insurance and broker relationships.
- Solutions-focused with sound commercial judgment.
- Proven customer service in complex environments.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organisation skills.
**Ways of working**
Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays. This role can be based at any three of our locations.
