Claims Specialist


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to manage a portfolio of property claims and drive successful outcomes through strong client advocacy and claims management.


Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of domestic property claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, underwriters, loss adjusters, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth claims processes.
  • Contribute to claims reporting and dispute resolution, providing expert analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support clients throughout the claims journey, resolving issues and guiding them through disputes when needed.
  • Support the broader claims team and Claims Manager in achieving national claims outcomes, driving process improvements and service excellence.

About You

You will be an experienced claims professional with a proven track record of managing end-to-end claims, specifically within domestic property. You possess excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams. You work well with account managers to resolve issues and guide clients through the claims journey, including disputes when needed. Organized, collaborative, and proactive, you thrive in a team environment and aren't afraid to lend a hand or ask for support. You're results-driven, resilient, and detail-focused, with a mindset that drives success and enjoyment in your role.
