Senior Claims Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Claims Manager to lead our team in managing commercial claims for SME clients.
About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial claims.
- Liaise with clients and insurers to discuss individual cases and resolve issues that may arise.
- Deal with claims at varying quantum, taking prompt action to achieve a positive outcome for the client as quickly as possible.
- Negotiate with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to build strong lasting relationships to ensure the right decision is reached for the client.
Requirements:
- You will have experience managing commercial or domestic claims.
- Ideal knowledge of various insurance products including property, motor, and/or liability. Training will be provided if necessary.
- Experience handling claims in an insurer or broking environment.
- Ability to navigate around any setbacks that may arise.
- A customer-focused approach with the proven ability to think outside the box.
- Effective and professional communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- A team-focused attitude.
- Presentation of a high level of attention to detail.
- Quality focus while dealing with high volumes of claims.
