**The role**
You will report to the Commercial Manager and work with one other Rebate Specialist in this expanding team, working with complexity and plenty of internal and external contact.

**The responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include:

- managing rebate enquiries from customers and investigating and resolving issues.
- processing rebate calculations for payment by the offshore shared service team.
- preparing monthly reports for customers, the sales team and auditors.
- contributing to the annual rebate contract negotiations.
- setting up new customers in SAP.
- a background in an accounts clerical or accounts receivable role where you are have gained an understanding of rebate concepts.
- a desire to solve problems, follow up and see issues through to resolution.
- demonstrated attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
- a great phone manner and effective communication skills.

**The rewards**
In return for your skills and experience, this role attracts a salary of $80-90K plus bonus and superannuation, hybrid working arrangements with 3 days working from home per week, free onsite parking and Rhodes train station nearby.
