The Role

This position has been created to manage complexity and drive business growth through effective rebate management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • managing customer enquiries and investigating and resolving issues
  • processing rebate calculations for payment by the offshore shared service team
  • preparing regular reports for customers, the sales team and auditors
  • contributing to annual rebate contract negotiations
  • setting up new customers in our enterprise system

You will need a background in accounts clerical or accounts receivable with an understanding of rebate concepts, a desire to solve problems and see issues through to resolution, demonstrated attention to detail and ability to learn quickly, and excellent communication skills.

In return for your skills and experience, this role attracts a salary of $80-90K plus bonus and superannuation, flexible working arrangements, free parking and nearby public transport links.
