Exciting Rebates and Claims Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist with a 3-month contract opportunity in the role of Rebates and Claims officer. This exciting position offers the chance to work on a variety of tasks including claims processing, verification, and data entry.

  • Oversight of claims processing for rebates and deals is crucial to this role.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying claims using approved deal conditions, sell-through, and other relevant data.
  • Payment data will need to be entered into the AP system accurately and efficiently.
  • Approved rebate data will require upload into the system and generation of credit notes.
  • Weekly journal entries must be completed in ERP and BI systems.
  • Preparation of ad hoc reports and reconciliation of data and transactions as required is essential.
  • Collaboration with the Credit team will facilitate claims processing.
  • Assistance in updating data for trade spend files is necessary.
  • Tracking of actual claims from customers and reconciliation to trade spend master files and accruals is vital.
