Overview
Workforce Coordinator role at Ressam for the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC). The position involves enabling delivery of ICT projects/programs by supporting day-to-day resourcing, attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of staff, with alignment to program timelines and Indigo workforce requirements. The role requires an active Baseline security clearance and Australian citizenship.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and supporting program workforce activities
Monitor program timelines and key deliverables to ensure workforce alignment
Contribute to the development, maintenance and analysis of information to monitor and manage sourcing, onboarding and offboarding of program resources
Additional duties as directed by the relevant APS line manager
Qualifications and Requirements
Active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement
Australian citizenship
Work Arrangements
Hybrid working arrangements (a combination of onsite attendance at an AEC office and remote working) are accepted. Applicants in other locations will be considered at the discretion of the Hiring Manager. Preferably Canberra, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Chief Information Officer Division (CIOD) within the AEC's Enterprise Transformation Group (ETG). The CIOD delivers ICT functions and supports election-ready systems, contributing to the Indigo Program and other ICT projects.

Indigo Program (Tranche 2) is a large-scale transformation to modernise business capabilities and replace core election ICT systems, with a focus on process re-engineering, data management, and legislative compliance.
