Workforce planning is a critical component of any successful organization. To excel in this field, you must be able to develop and manage complex rosters, train teams, and coordinate events.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in workforce planning, with expertise in roster development and management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working closely with management teams and staff

The role is permanent part-time (24-30 hours per week), offering flexibility, a competitive salary, ongoing training, and opportunities for career progression.
