Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level support to divisional executive teams on strategic workforce planning, staffing options, and general personnel administration.
The role involves advising on novel recruitment approaches, preparing approval documentation, position descriptions, and effective advertising and assessment strategies. Additionally, the candidate will develop, coordinate, and provide timely and accurate data analysis and reports to senior leadership on workforce performance metrics.
- Advise on strategic workforce planning, staffing options, and general personnel administration;
- Develop and coordinate recruitment strategies, including preparation of approval documentation and position descriptions;
- Provide timely and accurate data analysis and reports to senior leadership;
- Coordinate corporate-led recruitment programs for the division;
- Acknowledge accountability for accurate completion of work within timeframes and business requirements;
- Built and sustain relationships with Defence shared services on the provision of workforce coordination duties;
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an agile and dynamic environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt content according to the reader.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a friendly, professional, and hard-working personality, with the capacity to maintain a high degree of discretion in the handling of confidential information.
