TRACKS INTEGRATED SERVICES are looking for Training Coordinator to join a growing and reputable company, on a full time temp to perm basis.

About the role:
Lead the quality assurance and continuous improvement actions relating to systems reporting (accredited and non-accredited). Review and quality assure program outlines, learning and assessment resources for program delivery, ensuring learning material relevance and compliance Coordinate the development and maintenance of training and assessment strategies, recognition of prior learning (RPL) packs Manage the accuracy of the digital systems used bytraining, including the learning management systems and other learning deployment platforms Ensure data assurance across LMS, enrolment platforms and PowerBI, including submissions to regulatory bodiesAbout You:
To be successful for the role, we are looking for the following qualities in a new team member:
LMS Systems knowledge - Axcelerate and WiseNet knowledge, will be highly regarded Experience with LMS workflow knowledge Knowledge of Data Migration Relevant business administration, training or audit qualifications Experience with the (RTO) national training systemKey Responsibilities:
Oversee RTO & TEO compliance activities, including the collation of periodic and ad-hoc reports for clients, audit and Australian Vocational Education and Training Statistical Standard (AVETMISS) reporting, NZQA reporting and implementing recommendations for RTO & TEO compliance Lead the quality assurance and continuous improvement actions relating to systems reporting (accredited and non-accredited) Review and quality assure program outlines, learning and assessment resources for program delivery, ensuring learning material relevance and compliance Coordinate the development and maintenance of training and assessment strategies, recognition of prior learning (RPL) packs Manage the accuracy of the digital systems used by Ventia training, including the learning management systems and other learning deployment platforms Ensure data assurance across LMS, enrolment platforms and PowerBI, including submissions to regulatory bodies
