Job Title: Team Lead for Workforce Management

The Maritime Integrated Warfare Systems (MIWS) Branch is seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee the workforce management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workforce management tasks within a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinate Branch recruitment actions, manage the Branch organisation structure and associated establishments, and contribute to strategic workforce planning and reporting;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, communicating effectively through written and verbal reports;
  • Use advanced Excel and Power BI skills to analyse data, identify connections, and present findings in a clear and concise manner;

Requirements:

  • High-level communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with stakeholders;
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with experience in managing complex datasets and presenting findings;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines;
