We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Workforce Planning Advisor for our Gold Coast hospital. As an integral member of the Operations team, we are looking for a solution focused individual who will be responsible for:

- Roster development and coordination for the Carrara hospital
- Training and event coordination
- Recruitment support
- Support to the Senior Leadership Team as required
- At least 3 years demonstrated business support experience, with specialist experience in managing a large roster, training, and events
- A self-starter with the desire to take ownership of the role, outcome focused, and work autonomously in an efficient manner
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work closely with the management team and team members
- A collaborative approach to problem solving, communicating, and working within a rostering platform quickly
- Able to develop and manage multiple stakeholder relationships at one time across the hospital
- Excellence in creating a memorable, warm, and professional atmosphere for clients and team members
- Looking to harness work/life balance (Permanent part-time role with 24-30 hours per week)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Workforce Planning Advisor will work closely with key stakeholders across our Veterinary, Veterinary Nurse, and Client Care teams.
