Role Overview
This full-time permanent role is based at our Head Office with work from home options available. We are seeking a skilled workforce rostering professional who will support the effective utilisation of our workforce through timely and effective rostering practices.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager for People and Culture, you will have a solid grasp of best practice workforce rostering in the healthcare or comparable industries. You will create, maintain, and edit rosters in response to our workforce plan and site requirements as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the effective utilisation of our workforce through timely and effective rostering practices to ensure delivery of healthcare services.
- Create, maintain, and edit rosters in response to our workforce plan and site requirements as required.
- Manage workforce sick leave daily.
- Ensure that our clinics operate within their workforce plans and benchmarks.
- Consider the terms and conditions outlined in individual employee contracts, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, industry standards, and National Employment Standards.
- Contribute to the development of innovative rostering processes.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to facilitate a seamless approach to rostering and customer service.
- Develop and manage effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders, managers, clinicians, and staff working in the clinics.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months rostering experience in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated experience templating and patterning workforce rosters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various internal stakeholders.
- An ability to proficiently deliver competing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of healthcare roles and workforce requirements.
Working Arrangements:
This role is based at our Eastwood Head Office (work from home options available). It is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3pm.
