Inbound & Care Support Specialist

The myHomecare Group is the leading Home Care Package (HCP) provider in Australia and we support older Australians to continue living in their homes longer. As our Inbound and Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for all sales administration tasks and for providing exceptional customer service to our new and existing HCP prospects.
There are no qualifications required for this role - we will teach you everything that you need to know. You just bring the desire to assist our consumers to understand how we can help them stay in their own homes safely.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Managing and answering a high volume of prospect calls
- Documenting all client correspondence and communications in the CRM
- Completing internal client transfers
- Allocating leads
**We're looking for someone with**:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to work at a fast pace
- Great communication skills
- Strong computer skills in CRM systems, database management, Microsoft Office
