Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Action all inbound leads">
  • Manage the sales pipeline actively">
  • Qualify leads for the right model of care">
  • Enter accurate data into the CRM system">
  • Update and maintain the CRM with all leads">
  • Engage with consumers, family members, and/or representatives with empathy and understanding">
  • Inform consumers of the best available support we can provide through their level of Home Care Package">
  • Focus on commercial outcomes">
