Support Care Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in providing care and support to individuals in need.
As a support care specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability; with relevant experience in the sector;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and their families;
- An NDIS Check or Current police check (no older than 3 years);
- Proof of Work entitlements e.g., birth certificate, passport etc.;
- Details of 1 professional reference - this should be someone you directly reported to in your most recent role;
- A copy of certification/qualification.
