Care Support Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and empowering older adults to thrive? As a Care Service Employee, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides direct care to residents in a home-like setting.

About the Role

This rewarding position offers a 7-day roster with AM, PM, and night shifts. You'll work closely with a supportive leadership team and colleagues to ensure residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing emotional and social support while assisting residents with daily life activities
  • Supporting residents with self-care, including grooming, bathing, and dressing
  • Reporting any changes in resident condition to the Registered Nurse on duty
  • Assisting with mobility, using mechanical lifting aids, and prioritizing residents' comfort
  • Helping with mealtimes and social activities
