Job Opportunity: Inbound Support Specialist

Our organization provides home care packages to support older Australians in their homes.

We are seeking an Inbound Support Specialist to manage sales administration tasks and provide exceptional customer service to our healthcare prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing high-volume prospect calls
  • Documenting client correspondence and communications in the CRM
  • Completing internal client transfers
  • Allocating leads

Requirements for Success:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to work at a fast pace
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in CRM systems, database management, Microsoft Office
