Job Opportunity: Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Care and Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate activities that promote social interaction, cognitive engagement, and emotional well-being among residents.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Gather feedback through surveys and family conferences to inform activity planning and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to plan and implement resident-centered activities and services.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Assist with meal preparation and service while upholding food safety standards.
