Our Health and Education team has an opportunity for an **Asset Planning Coordinator **to join the team located in Canberra, ACT. You will work closely with, and provide support to, the Asset Planning Manager to develop and maintain the asset management policies and procedures, planned maintenance requirements and long-term asset renewal programs across the contract.

You will be providing administrative support to the Asset Planning Manager in undertaking asset data management functions including, but not limited to, administering and process procedures for the collection, verification and maintenance of asset data and data synchronisation across related systems.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in planning, scheduling and maintenance environments advantageous
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of staff and stakeholders;
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- An understanding of asset management
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- a positive "can do" attitude and great work ethic
- Proven ability in supporting users with data management and related business processes
- Ability to work in a team environment and form collaborative team relationships
- Understanding and demonstrated awareness of work health and safety issues, policies and procedures.
