Job Summary:

A dedicated Asset Coordinator is required to join our Health and Education team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Asset Planning Manager to develop and maintain asset management policies, procedures, and planned maintenance requirements.

The Asset Coordinator will provide administrative support in undertaking asset data management functions, including administering and processing procedures for collecting, verifying, and maintaining asset data, as well as data synchronisation across related systems.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced coordinator to contribute to the development of asset management processes and play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of our asset lifecycle services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures;
  • Administer and process procedures for collecting, verifying, and maintaining asset data;
  • Perform data synchronisation across related systems;
  • Provide administrative support in undertaking asset data management functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in planning, scheduling, and maintenance environments;
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various staff and stakeholders;
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills;
  • An understanding of asset management principles;
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills;
  • A positive attitude and great work ethic;
  • Proven ability to support users with data management and related business processes.
