**The Opportunity**
As a Mortgage Broker, you will collaborate closely with our Principal Broker, Loan Processors, and Settlement Officers to ensure seamless progression of all deals and high customer satisfaction.

Your role will be pivotal in adding value throughout the client journey, particularly during the credit proposal phase. Here, you will leverage your lending expertise to present tailored lending options to our clients, guiding them toward the best financial solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lender Research and serviceability**: Shortlist potential lenders for research and use lender specific servicing calculators - in collaboration with the broker
- **Recommendation Formulation**: Discuss shortlisted lenders with the broker to develop a well-informed recommendation.
- **Credit Proposal**: Draft and send SOCA to clients.
- **Validation Resolution**: Address and resolve validation errors identified by the administrative team once a deal has been lodged
- **Document Signing Coordination**:Oversee and manage the signing of loan documents.

**Key Requirements**:
You are a dedicated, driven, and autonomous worker with proven success in the financial services field.

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes;
- 3+ years experience in lending across Broking/Banking.
- Solid understanding of bank credit policies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Mandarin Speaking is Desirable.
