We are seeking a Mortgage Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for originating mortgages, managing customer relationships, and promoting PrimeLending products.
This role requires strong communication skills, data analysis abilities, and industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan origination and a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mortgage options and determine the best solutions for customers
- Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and sales representatives
- Market and promote PrimeLending's financial products
- Meet production standards by taking complete and accurate loan applications
- Manage customer interactions from application to closing
- Analyze customer income, assets, investments, and debts
- Advises customers on different loan options
- Services existing customers by collecting necessary documents and fees
- Monitor loan status to ensure conformity with terms
- Prepare and present loan terms and conditions
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and regulatory changes
- High school diploma or equivalent; appropriate licenses as required by the state
- Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance
- At least 12 months of loan originator experience
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and communication skills
- Proficiency in analyzing data and using AU software technology
- Active community involvement and professional networking
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
