What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the loan process end-to-end across residential transactions
  • Providing clients with outstanding service and proactive communication
  • Liaising with lenders, aggregators, and referral partners to progress applications
  • Preparing, reviewing, and lodging applications with accuracy and compliance focus
  • Supporting the broker in ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional client outcomes
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' experience in client services or loan processing within a brokerage
  • Strong understanding of residential lending; commercial exposure is highly regarded
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and client care skills
  • Experience with Loan Market's MyCRM system is advantageous
