Are you organised, proactive, and ready to play a key role in a busy, high-performing mortgage broking team? Loan Market Razor is looking for a Client Service Officer to join our St Kilda office and support multiple brokers in delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Role

As a Client Service Officer, you'll be the backbone of our client journey, ensuring applications move smoothly from submission to settlement. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, including:

  • Post-submission processing with banks
  • Following up on outstanding documents
  • Coordinating document signing and booking settlements
  • Supporting multiple brokers to ensure clients have a seamless experience

About You
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and client-focused
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Previous experience in mortgage broking, finance, or a client service role is highly desirable
