The Role

As a Home Loan Expert, you'll be trusted by customers across your local community to provide tailored advice and support throughout the home loan process. You'll tap into a steady stream of pre-qualified customer appointments, leveraging our pioneering tech platform and centralised Client Solutions team to connect with key products and services across the property purchasing journey.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert home loan solutions and guide customers through their home loan journey.
  • Harness our pioneering tech platform to connect with our centralised Client Solutions team, who handle loan processing and admin on your behalf.
  • Tap into a steady stream of pre-qualified customer appointments booked into your diary by our in-house sales associates.
  • Build a thriving business by developing referral networks and growing your presence in the local community.

Qualifications

To thrive as a Home Loan Expert, you'll need a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it - we can help). You'll also need a background in sales or customer service roles, drive and determination to build a thriving mortgage broking business, and a passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams.
