Job Overview

We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Strategist to join our Home Loans team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge product-related KPIs with customer-centric decisions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and pain points
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform proposition development
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies

  • Proven success in building excellent stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes
  • Experience driving customer journey and life cycle mapping, utilising data, design, and research functions

  • Familiarity with portfolio economics and internal data to understand customer behaviour and needs
