Job Description:
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing incentive programs that drive desired sales behaviors, performance, and profitable growth across APAC.
This strategic role involves collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and cross-functional business partners to provide various analyses, tactical data support, and sales compensation deliverables.
Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on sales incentives and commission related activities, deliverables, and best practices for the revenue team.
Design and deploy incentive compensation plans aligned to business strategies, ensuring they are data-driven and results-oriented.
Regularly measure and analyze seller performance and quota attainment, providing actionable insights to improve productivity.
Investigate data errors or anomalies, perform root cause analysis, develop recommended resolutions, test, and implement solutions.
Conduct in-depth analysis of headcount distribution and role effectiveness across APAC, ensuring the right talent is in optimal roles and markets.
Manage incentive governance and ensure compliance with regional and local regulations as well as global guidelines.
Serve as primary advisor to regional sales leaders on incentive best practices, providing guidance and support to drive success.
Lead annual incentive planning cycles, recommending changes aligned with business goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven track record of designing and implementing effective sales incentive programs.
Expertise in sales compensation, commission structures, and incentive design.
Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
