
APAC Sales Incentives Lead

This role will oversee the design, implementation, analysis, and continuous improvement of sales incentive programs across APAC regions.
Main Responsibilities:- Designs and implements incentive compensation plans aligned to business strategies.
- Ensures incentive programs drive desired sales behaviors, performance, and profitable growth.
- Measures, analyzes, and reports seller performance and quota attainment, recommending actions to improve productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate data errors or anomalies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective working with cross-functional business partners.
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert on sales incentives and commission-related activities.
