APAC Sales Incentives Manager

This role will oversee the design, implementation, analysis, and continuous improvement of sales incentive programs across APAC regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Designs and implements incentive compensation plans aligned to business strategies.
  • Ensures incentive programs drive desired sales behaviors, performance, and profitable growth.
  • Measures, analyzes, and reports seller performance and quota attainment, recommending actions to improve productivity.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate data errors or anomalies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective working with cross-functional business partners.
  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert on sales incentives and commission-related activities.
