Job Summary

The Sales Compensation and Incentives Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, analysis, and continuous improvement of sales incentive programs across APAC. They will ensure incentive programs drive desired sales behaviors, performance, and profitable growth.

This role will report to the Sales Operations Director and collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and cross-functional business partners to provide various analyses, tactical data support, and sales compensation deliverables.

  • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert on sales incentives and commission-related activities, deliverables, and best practices for the revenue team.
  • Designs, models, and deploys incentive compensation plans aligned to APAC business strategies.
  • Regularly measures, analyzes, and reports seller performance and quota attainment, recommending actions to improve productivity.
  • Investigates data errors or anomalies, performs root cause analysis, develops recommended resolution, tests, and implements solutions.
  • Conducts analysis of headcount distribution and role effectiveness across APAC, ensuring the right talent is in optimal roles and markets.
  • Manages incentive governance and ensures compliance with regional/local regulations and global guidelines.
  • Serves as a primary advisor to sales leaders on incentive best practices.
  • Leads annual incentive planning cycles and recommends changes aligned with business goals.
  • Educates and coaches sales teams on maximizing their compensation opportunities using scenario modeling where required.
  • Oversees monthly and quarterly sales compensation calculations, ongoing quota updates, and other responsibilities.
